Shree Minerals Products, manufacturers of resin coated sand/shell sand, have defined the Quality policy as follows:

Manufacture and supply products that meet the requirements of our customers. Maintain consistency in quality to ensure the continuing satisfaction of our customers. Make consistent improvements in our products for technical up-gradation and reduction of costs. Continuously improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management system. To develop at least one new application or one new product to meet customer demand.
WORKS ORGANISATION
Organisation & Procedures Adopted for Quality Assurance / Inspection Dept. Qualified chemists for analysis of raw material and final products. Experienced supervisors for Laboratory and Plant in charge.
PROCEDURES ADOPTED FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE / INSPECTION DEPT.
All incoming raw material is tested in the lab. Silica sand is tested for Grading, Clay Content and Acid Demand Value. Resin is tested for viscosity in Ford Cup B-4. All other properties for Resin are accepted as per the supplier's certificate
FINAL INSPECTION OF FINISHED PRODUCT
Every one ton of RCS is tested for: Hot bending strength. Cold bending strength. Peel back test. Gas content once in total lot of 10 tons. Hot Tensile strength. Cold Tensile strength. Flowability of Sand is tested in total lot of 10 tons.
